It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved wife and mother at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay on Monday, July 22, 2019. Carrie Gauci (nee Reid) of Fenelon Falls was in her 69th year. Beloved wife of the late Carmel Gauci who died suddenly in 1981 and loving wife and companion of Lorie Gill of Fenelon Falls. Dearest mother and best friend of Mary Ann Gauci also of Fenelon Falls. Dear sister of Dan Aupin and his wife Bev of Sudbury, Lynn and her husband Corey Sawatzky of Wetaskiwin, Alberta, and is the sister of ten other siblings. Dear sister-in-law of Carl Gill and his wife Kim of Norland and Ferren Gill and his wife Donna of Orillia. Carrie will be missed by her neighbours, Roland Barlow and Vicki Heacock and her close friends, Barney and Linda Grace of Lindsay and Dave and Audrey Grace of Orillia. The family of Carrie Gauci will receive friends at the JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION & TRIBUTE CENTRE, 8 Princes' St. W., Fenelon Falls on Thursday, July 25, 2019 for a time of gathering from 12:30 p.m. until the time of funeral service in the chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow at Pine Grove Cemetery in Norland.
