Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family , after a short battle with cancer. Beloved wife and best friend of William (Bill) for 52 years; loving and much loved mother to Valerie and Mark Lowell (Fenelon Falls), and Brad and Rae Tait (Haliburton); proud and adored grandmother to Shannon (Fenelon Falls), Matt and Carolyn (Little Britain), Lucas and Stephanie (Fenelon Falls), Riley (Haliburton), Alexandra (Haliburton), and great-grandma to Cooper; caring and devoted sister to Albert (Lorna) and Dorothy (John). Predeceased by brothers Ross, Victor, and Raymond. Elsie will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins. She will be fondly remembered by many friends, especially those at Log Chateau.
